| 摘 要： | 从知识管理实施的角度给出了知识管理系统的一个模型框架。在模型中,把知识管理分为信息层、知识存储层、功能层、应用层和表示层。分别介绍了各层的功能及在知识管理系统中的作用,并结合我国知识管理的现状对知识管理实施中的关键问题进行了研究与探讨。
