| 摘 要： | 现代化能够使人们的社会基本价值观发生转变,有些按照传统价值观被认为是合理的做法,在现代价值观判断下就成了腐败的行为;现代化开辟了新财富和新权利的来源,从而进一步助长了腐败的产生;现代化通过它在政治体制输出方面所造成的变革来加剧腐败;腐败的产生还与该国进入现代化时期之前的传统社会性质密切相关。

| Abstract: | The modernization can transform people's social basic values.Some procedure,to be considered as reasonable according to traditional values,has become the corrupt under the modern value judgment.The modernization opened the fountainhead of new wealth and the new right,thus encouraged the corrupt furthermore;The modernization intensified corrupt through the aspect of transforming caused by political system output;The corrupt also has close correlation with the traditional society nature before this country enters modernized time. |
