| 摘 要： | 以三峡库区航运突发事件为主要研究内容,借鉴危机管理和预警管理的思想,在三峡库区航运安全调查的基础上,结合航运安全生产管理状况,探求如何构建三峡库区航运突发事件的预测预警、应急处理、信息发布及宣传教育等方面的管理机制。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly studies shipping emergency of the Three Gorges Reservoir Region.On the basis of the ideology of crisis management and early-warning management,the safety investigation of shipping of the Three Gorges Reservoir Region and the management situation of safety production in shipping,the paper searches the management mechanism of constructing forecasting/early-warning,expedient treatment,information distribution and propaganda. |
