| 摘 要： | 本文通过单向拉伸与双向等拉的对比计算，对在板材成形中材料机械性能指标结果进行了分析，认为将单向拉伸实验测出的机械性能指标直接用于板材成形有较大的片面性.其结论是用双向等拉所得到的强度极限及极限延伸率均比单向拉伸对应值高得多.

| Abstract: | Mechanical property indexes of materials in sheet forming are analyzed by way of comparing one way drawing forming with two way equal drawing forming.The approach is regarded as rather inappropriate if mechanical property indexes measured in one way drawing forming tests are applied directly to the sheet forming.It has been found that the ultimate stress and the ultimate percentage elongation in the two way equal drawing forming are both greater than those in the one way drawing forming. |
