摘    要:职业教育与培训牵涉到许多利益相关者,利益相关者是教育与培训的“利益联盟”,关注并满足各利益相关者的正当、合法利益,是高等职业教育的应有承诺与责任担当。突破现行高职教育基本局限于“内部利益相关者”的质量评价视角,建立基于多元利益相关者视角的高职教育质量评价体系架构,把高职教育之内部利益相关者与外部利益相关者纳入质量评价的视域,是我国高职教育质量评价研究的应有视界。

Abstract:Vocational education and training involves many stakeholders, who consist of "the interest alliance" in education and training. To concern and to ensure all stakeholders' reasonable and legitimate interests are the commitment and responsibility that higher vocational education should take. The study of Chinese higher vocational education quality assessment should break through the limitation of the existing quality assessment system confined in "internal stakeholders", establish systematic framework of higher vocational education quality evaluation from multi-stakeholder perspective, and bring both the internal and external stakeholders into quality assessment.
