思想政治教育是在一定的环境中进行和完成的,人的思想品德形成过程,受到环境的影响和制约.其中精神环境是整个社会环境的一个重要组成部分.精神环境随时记录着每个人的言行,储存着每个人的信息,将人们的精神活动凝结为社会的精神状态、精神面貌、社会风气等,使每个人在不断受到他人影响的同时,也在影响他人,使每个人自觉或不自觉地置身于精神环境之中,受其熏陶、感染和陶冶.精神环境对人的思想品德形成有着重要的影响.

As ideological and political education is carried out in a certain environment,people's moral forming process is influenced and restricted by the environment.Being an important component of the whole social environment,the spiritual environment keeps a constant record of everybody's words and deeds,stores everybody's information,translates their spiritual activity into a state of mind,mental attitude,and social mode of the society.In this environment,everybody not only influences others and is influenced by others,but also is influenced and molded by the spiritual environment.The spiritual environment is crucial to people' ideological and moral growth.
