| 摘 要： | 好的起步是走向成功的关键,大学生利用高校科技成果进行机会型创业,种子期面临着科技成果物化为产品及筹资注册成立企业等技术和资金的双重风险。为有效化解种子期风险,帮助大学生创业起好步,在分析大学生机会型创业种子期两大风险特征的基础上,阐明化解技术风险的关键是产品创新,资金风险的化解关键在于政府资助,提出了促进大学生机会型创业顺利渡过种子期的建议。

| Abstract: | Well begun is half done.It is faced with technology and fund risk to transform seed stage scientific research achievements into product and to raise money for registration corporration during undergraduate Opportunitic entrepreneurshsip utilizing scientific research achievements of high school.In order to preclude the risk of seed stage and promote the good start of undergraduate entrepreneurshsip,the essay firstly analyses the two risk traits of undergraduate Opportunitic entrepreneurshsip utilizing scientific research achievements.And then it illustrates that the key of precluding technology risk is product innovation and the key of precluding fund risk is government subsidization.Finally the essay brings forwand suggestion of undergoing smoothly seed stage for undergraduate Opportunitic entrepreneurshsip. |
