| Abstract: | The third generation of the Party collective leadership, with Jiang Zemin at the core, has carried forward the spirit of keeping pace with the times, solved the problems cropping up on our way forward through development, and taken the innovation as the source and the motive force. A series of new development viewpoints with important theoretical innovation and practical significance have been put forward. |
