| 摘 要： | 调查发现宁德市蕉城区民办幼儿教师心理问题相当严重,其心理健康水平明显低于公办幼儿教师。解决民办幼儿教师心理问题不仅要依靠管理者合理、有效的管理,还要依靠幼儿教师本身提高素质,更要引起全社会的重视,帮助民办幼儿教师群体更好地发展。
