| 摘 要： | 高等教育的教学质量是高校生存和发展的生命线,青年教师作为高校师资队伍的生力军,对提高高等教育的教学质量具有至关重要的影响力。在高校实施教学质量工程的时代背景下,青年教师只有具备宽厚热情、爱岗敬业的道德素养,全面综合、广专结合的文化素养,扎实精深、灵活多变的专业素养,才能为高等教育质量的稳步提升做出自己应有的贡献。

| Abstract: | The quality of higher education teaching is of vital importance to the survival and the development of institutions of higher learning.Young teachers,the chief part of the teaching staff,exert a great influence on the overall teaching quality.In order to contribute to the improvement of the higher education quality,they should cherish a deep love and a great passion for their work,become men of considerable culture and have a good knowledge of their specialties. |
