城市化进程中的人口流动对兰州市民族关系的影响——以兰州市七里河区为例

以甘肃省兰州市为例，采取民族学实地调查法与参与观察法，总结归纳城市化进程中的兰州市民族关系现状及存在的问题；采取量化统计的方法，分析西北地区城市化进程中的人口流动情况，并进行了问卷调查及深度访谈。研究结果显示，兰州市流动人口的主体是农村青壮年人口；人口的流人以本区、邻近省份为主；流动人口在城市的活动主要以务工经商为主，多从事第二、第三产业。越来越多的少数民族流动人口进人城市，不仅对城市经济文化的发展产生影响，同时也使城市民族关系出现了许多新情况、新问题。建议政府根据流动人口的特点，有针对性地开展服务与管理，促进西部民族地区城市民族关系的和谐发展，维护城市社会稳定。

Floating Population and Its Effect on Lanzhou Ethnic Relation in the Process of Urbanization ---Taking Qilihe District of Lanzhou City as the Example

Taking Lanzhou city, Gansu province as the example, the present situation of urbanization process of the ethnic relations and existing problems of Lanzhou city have been summed up by using the field survey and participato- ry observation method of ethnology; Adopting the method of quantitative statistics, the situation of urbanization in northwest region population flow has been analyzed, ~e questionnaire su~rvey and interview have been carried on. The research shows that the floating population of Lanzhou city is young adults from rural areas to districts and adjacent provinces, who are mainly migrant workers in business engaging in the second and third industry. More and more mi- nority floating population is con~ing into the city, not only influencing on the development of urban economy and cul- ture, but also making the urban ethnic relations more complicated. Suggestions are proposed that the govermnent should carry out the service and management according to the characteristics of the floating population so as to promote the har- monious development of the urban ethnic relations in western national areas and maintain the urban social stability.
