| Abstract: | At first,this paper analyses the implication and traits of the knowledge enterprises,and take further steps to analyses the traits of the human resources management in the knowledge enterprises.Finally,some basal thoughts of human resources management innovation in knowledge enterprises were put forward, which would be of benefit to the development of the knowledge enterprises of China. |
