喀什郊区土壤中铜含量的测定

对喀什郊区的乃则尔巴格乡、多来特巴格乡和库杆乡土壤中分别位于10 cm、20 cm、30 cm深处的共9种土壤进行了测定。采用盐酸—硝酸—高氯酸全分解的方法,彻底破坏土壤的矿物晶格,使试样中的待测元素全部进入试液中;然后,利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法,对此消解液中的微量元素铜进行测定。
