摘 要: | 文章认为职业能力提升是高技能人才培养的核心。构建“跨学科”、“跨专业”甚至“跨校际”、“跨文化”的特色校园文化有助于养成并提升学生的职业能力,从而提高其就业竞争力,才能有力推动大众创业、万众创新。这种特色校园文化可以通过“构建校企互动模式的校园文化”、“跨学科社团建设”、“跨院系或跨专业团日活动”以及学生第二课堂课程的跨学科整合等具体方法来实施。

Abstract: | Soft skill is the key character of highly-skilled people. The construction of "interdisciplinary", "interprofessional", even "inter-school" and "intercultural" campus culture can help to develop and promote the professional ability of students, thus to improve their employment competitiveness and promote the mass entrepreneurship and innovation.This characteristic campus culture can be implemented through the "campus culture of school-enterprise interaction model", "interdisciplinary community construction", "cross department or cross professional activities" and the interdisciplinary integration of students'' second classroom courses. |
