| 摘 要： | 台湾辅导金政策始于1989年。自实施这一政策以来，台湾辅导金的额度基本上呈逐年上涨趋势。辅导金补助主要有直接补助和间接补助两种形式，其辅导的范围也由最初的剧情长片和摄制过程转向制作、发行、放映、市场营销和人才培养的全过程。但也在定位、执行等方面存在一些问题。

| Abstract: | Grants policy for Taiwan films commenced in 1989. Since the implement of the strategy, the amount of the grants has been increasing year by year. Grants for subsidy are formed by direct subsidy and indirect subsidy, and its range is enlarged from the original fiction feature films and filmmaking to producing, distributing, projecting, marketing and the whole process of talents training. But problems do exist in positioning and execution. |
