| 摘 要： | 在长期领导中国革命、建设、改革的历程当中,邓小平对疏导群众思想有着持久深入的实践探索和丰富深刻的思想论见。邓小平认为,做好疏导群众思想工作,就要“把国家的形势和困难、党的工作和政策经常真实地告诉群众”,就要以“改革的实际进展”和“丰富的事实”来说服群众,就要“坚持说服教育为主”,做到“透彻说理”“从容讨论”,做好疏导群众思想工作还必须正确反映和对待人民群众的意见诉求。

| Abstract: | In the course of leading the Chinese revolution, construction, and reforms, Deng Xiaoping has made practical exploration and formedprofound ideological view on guiding the masses'' thoughts.Deng Xiaoping believes that to do a good job of guiding the people''sideology, it is necessary to "informthem of the situation and difficultiesfaced by the countryand Party''swork and policiesregularly and truthfully", and to persuade the masses with "real progresses in reforms" and "truth and facts". It is necessary togive priority to persuasion and education,to make thorough reasoning and deliberation. In addition, the people''s opinions and demands must be taken into consideration. |
