苏中公学与苏中区军政干部的培养初探

苏中公学是苏中区党委、苏中军区直接领导下的唯一一所干部学校。苏中公学办学时间共两年,在敌后艰难困苦的条件下,学校调训干部和吸收知识青年,通过思想政治学习、军事训练、参与根据地大生产运动及丰富多彩的文艺演出和参战支前等形式,为苏中地区培养了一批人才,从而推动了苏中根据地的各项建设,同时积累了适合中国革命特点的办学经验。

A Review of the History of the Public School of SHU ZHONG and the Study of its Significance

The public school of SHU ZHONG was founded in 1944. It was the only cadre school in the Central Jiangsu. It lasted for only two years. Under the hard conditions, the school trained cadres and absorbed young people. Through ideological and political learning, military training, and participation in production and sports, the school had trained more than 4000 military or political cadres. The school had promoted the construction of the base areas, trained a number of talents and accumulated the experience of running a school.
