| 摘 要： | 河北省基本教育公共服务均等化是在京津冀协同发展战略下一种重要的价值追求和政治安排，是实现教育公平的重要举措，体现了党中央、国务院对三地均等发展的政治关切，河北省基本教育公共服务均等化实现必将填补彼此发展的空白，填补彼此的差距，形成良好的区域合作和共享格局.

| Abstract: | The equalization of basic education public services in Hebei Province is a significant pursuit of values and a political arrangement following the strategy of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. This move contributes to fairness and equity in education and embodies the political concerns of the equalization development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. The equalization of basic education public services in Hebei Province will bridge the developmental gap and form a harmonious setup of regional cooperation and sharing in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province. |
