| 摘 要： | 财务预算编制是学校财务工作的“龙头”,对学校资金的使用以及学校可持续发展产生直接影响。新常态对财务预算编制提出新要求,力求对普通高校财务预算编制现状进行分析,提出新常态下优化普通高校财务预算编制的思路,为学校财务管理高效、科学化提供保障。

| Abstract: | Budgeting is a leading part of the school''s financial work, which has a direct impact on the use of funds and sustainable development of the school. The "new normal" puts forward new requirements in financial budgeting. In this article, I strive to analyze the present situation of our university''s financial budget, and propose new ideas of optimizing the present financial budgeting under the "new normal" phase, providing guarantee for efficient and scientific financial management of our school. |
