师范类大学生学业投入程度调查及提升策略

摘    要:定期测评和了解师范生的学业投入程度,对于采取有效举措大面积提高师范生培养质量具有重要的现实意义。运用专业化测评工具,以山西师范大学师范生为样本对其学业投入程度进行问卷调查。调查结果表明:师范大学生的学业投入程度整体上处于中等水平,仍有较大提升空间。为从整体上提升师范生学业投入程度和师资培养质量,建议师范大学应当在以下方面做出更多努力:牢记师范大学使命,强化师范大学办学本色,不断彰显教师教育特色,持续提升教师教育质量;减少学生修读课程的总数量,发挥其自主学习的潜在力量;优化教师教育课程结构,更新课程教学内容;优先对师范生开展小班教学,切实提高其综合素质和教学能力。同时还要通过加强师生间正式和非正式的交流、吸收本科生参与教师科研、广泛开设讨论课等措施切实提高全体师范生的自主学习投入程度,提高其综合素质和育人能力。

Abstract:Regular evaluation and understanding of the degree of normal students''academic involvement plays an important and practical role in taking effective measures to improve the quality of normal students'' training on a large scale. A questionnaire survey was conducted among the students in Shanxi Normal University by using professional evaluation tools. The results show that the degree of normal university students''academic involvement is in the middle level as a whole, and there is still much room for improvement. In order to improve normal university students''academic input and the quality of teacher training, the author suggests that normal universities should strictly enforce the mission of normal universities, strengthen the nature of normal university, constantly highlight the characteristics of teacher education, and continuously improve the quality of teacher education.We should reduce the total number of courses and give full play to students'' potential power of independent learning. We should optimize the structure of teacher education curriculum, update the curriculum content, set up small-class lectures for normal university students, and effectively improve their comprehensive quality and teaching ability. At the same time, we should strengthen formal and informal exchanges between teachers and students, absorb undergraduates to participate in teachers''scientific research, open extensive seminars and other measures to effectively improve the level of all normal students'' self-study input, improve their comprehensive quality and educational ability.
