我国现行人口政策的形成与稳定

我国现行人口政策是在对"独生子女"人口政策调整和完善的基础上逐步形成的。在此过程中,中央采取实事求是的态度,一方面提倡一对夫妇只生一个孩子;另一方面,又照顾了确有实际困难的家庭,允许他们间隔几年生育第二胎。现行人口政策形成后,中央要求坚决贯彻落实,以保持政策的稳定性和连续性。

On the Formation and Stabilization of the Present Population Policy of China

The current population policy of China is based on the adjusting and perfecting of the "One Child" population policy. The Central Government held the practical and realistic attitude, calling for each couple to have just one child on the one hand, while did not ignore the real difficulties of certain families, allowing the second child to be born several years after the first on the other hand. Once the current population policy has been formulated, the Central Government demanded it be put into effect to keep the stability and the continuity of the policy.
