| 摘 要： | 随着现代外语教学观念的转变,自主学习在英语教学中受到高度重视。研究表明,学习动机、焦虑和态度等情感因素对学生自主学习产生巨大的影响,学习动机与自主学习之间存在正相关,焦虑影响学生的自信心,对学习产生负面影响,学习态度与自主学习有密切的关系,树立积极的学习态度对外语学习至关重要。因此,提高英语自主学习的效率应充分地利用现代教育手段,激发学生内在动机;采取有效的学习策略,减少学习焦虑发生;明确自主学习的目标,端正积极的学习态度。
