摘    要:当今世界随着经济全球化的发展,日趋激烈的市场竞争变成了企业核心竞争力之间的较量,企业之间传统的物质和技术层面的竞争渐趋让位于企业文化层面的竞争。企业文化是决定企业发展的关键因素。在新的形势下,我们必须通过创新企业文化,为不断提升企业核心竞争力创造文化基础和氛围。

Abstract:With the development of economic globalization, the day-by-day intense marketcompetition turns out to be the contest among core competence of corporations. The competition ofbusiness culture has gradually taken the place of traditional material and technological competitionamong enterprises. Business culture is the essential factor, which determines the development ofenterprises. In the times of new situation, we have to build up cultural basis and atmosphere inorder to promote core competition of corporations continuously by way of innovating businessculture.
