| 摘 要： | 作为思想观念,“礼” 和“法” 在中国古代思想史特别是政治思想史上占有突出重要的位置。本文试图通过对先秦诸子就听“礼”与“法” 的观念的论述进行考察和分析,探讨春秋战国时代听“法” 的精神内涵和“礼”与“法” 关系的历史变迁,追溯中国古代政治思想发展史上具有分水岭意义的这一段历史进程。
