| 摘 要： | 现实的人际关系网被移植到互联网世界中后，人际关系网的内容和活动方式都有了新的变化，但同时也产生了新的法律风险，如服务合同法律风险、广告经营法律风险、网络游戏法律风险、注册用户个人信息保护法律风险及著作权侵权的法律风险等等。社交网络服务经营者应该对运营中的各项法律风险有所意识并加以有效防范，社交网络服务才能健康发展。

| Abstract: | When the network of people has been transferred to internet world, the content and the model of interaction have been changed greatly. At the meantime, the legal risks came along. Such as service contracts legal risk, advertisement risk, networking game risk, personal information protection risk, and copyright infringement risk. The social networking service operators need to realize those risks and try their best to prevent them. Only on that condition, the social networking service could develop healthy. |
