| Abstract: | The researches home and abroad of IT & Internet economy's impacts on organization innovation are reviewed and the main arguments and perspectives are summarized in this paperinto eight aspects, such the enabler of organization innovation, the dual impacts of IT, and the different stages and the degrees of IT's impact. Limitations of current researches, and are directions are pointed out, which may be helpful for the further researches. |
