| 摘 要： | 学风建设是高校教育教学质量的根本保证,是高等教育改革的基础.在学风建设中,高校要充分发挥党建工作的积极作用,在“三观”教育上寻求突破口,创新党建工作机制,发挥学生党员的先锋模范作用,全面加强大学生思想政治教育,实现以党建工作为统领,全面推进学风建设.
