论企业审美文化

企业审美文化的研究打破了长期以来将审美排斥于物质生产领域之外 ,只研究艺术、宗教等精神生产领域审美问题的传统。在进入全球化、信息化的今天 ,建构企业审美文化对于提高企业竞争力、创新力和文化力有重要作用。企业审美文化的内容包括 :(1)商品和服务中的形式审美、功能审美和文化审美 ;(2 )生产经营中的环境条件审美、工艺流程审美和组织文化审美。企业审美文化将审美学与现代的商品服务、生产经营直接结合起来 ,体现了物质生产领域审美文化的超越性、享受性、创造性和现在性的特征。企业审美文化的研究将对企业审美活动以及企业造美实践起到促进作用。

On Enterprise Aesthetic Culture

The study of enterprise aesthetic culture has broken the tradition that excluded the aesthetics from the realm of material life and only studied it in the realm of spirit prodution such as art and religion.With the advent of the new era featured by globalization and informaticalization, the construction of enterprise aesthetic culture plays an important part in improving the competition,the creation and the cultural power of the enterprise.The content of the enterprise aesthetic culture includes two points. The first one is formal aesthetics,functional aesthetics and culturalaesthetics in the commodity and the service.
