内生型城市社区建设主体的行动机制

城市社区建设模式的选择是理论建构和现实实践相结合的产物。基于我国国情和社区建设实践,中国城市社区建设的未来理想图景是内生型城市社区建设模式。未来的内生型社区建设模式下,存在着党、政府、社会、市场和居民五大主体,实践中需要在有效整合社区利益的前提下,构建政府与社区间平衡与协商关系、政府与社会组织间伙伴与共赢关系、政府管理与居民自治间互补与互限关系为框架的社区建设主体行动机制。

The Mechanism of the Operation of the Endogenous Urban Community Construction Mode

Urban community construction mode selection is the product of the combination of theory building and realistic practice, based on China＇s national conditions and practice of community construction. The ideal picture of the future Chinese urban community construction mode is endogenous urban community construction mode. Within the endogenous community construction mode in the future, there are five main body, including party, government, society, market and residents. In practice, we should, on the premise of effective integration of community interests, build the framework of main body action mechanism of community construction＇s, including the balanced and consultative relationship between the government and the community, the partners and win-win relationship between the government and social organizations, the complementary and mutual limit relationship between government management and the residents selves.
