基于胜任特征的高校教师选拔测评体系设计

摘    要:高校教师胜任特征模型由必备知识族、技能能力族、人格特质族3大族共26个要素组成。本着胜任特征导向、综合全面、重点突出、经济节约的原则,设计的高校人力资源招聘与选拔测评体系包含知识测试、行为性面试、工作样本、无领导小组讨论、大五人格测验、职业偏好量表等一系列测评方法。

Abstract:Based on existing researches on university teachers competency models, extensive survey of university teachers and students, as well as analysis of university teachers positions, this paper firstly builds the competency model of university teachers, consisting of 26 specific elements ascribed to three dimensions respectively. Under the guidance of the principles of orientation toward competency, comprehensiveness, emphasis on key points and economy, it designs competency model--based selection and evaluation system for university teachers,comprising a few evaluating methods of knowledge test, behavioral interview, work sample, leaderless group discussion, big five personality test and vocational preference inventory, which to be hoped to contribute to university human resource recruiting and selecting practices.
