高职院校思政课和谐师生关系构建路径探究

摘    要:和谐师生关系有民主平等、情感愉悦、尊重理解和相互合作等特征。造成高职院校思政课师生关系不和谐的影响因素有社会经济、学校教育、学生个人和教师自身等。要构建高职院校良好的思政课和谐师生关系,就必须树立“以学生为本”的教育理念,培养正确的师生观,在加强师德修养和提高自身素质、创新思政课教学方法和尊重学生的主体地位,以及拓宽师生交往渠道等方面下工夫。

Abstract:Harmonious teacher-student relationship is characterized by democracy and equality, emotional pleasure, respect and mutual cooperation; on the contrary, the disharmonious relationship is attributed to economics, school education, students themselves and the teachers themselves. It is proposed to build up the concept of student-orientation, to develop right view on teacher-studeni: relationship, to enhance the moral cultivation and to innovate in teaching methods, as well as to respect the subject position of students, in the hope of creating harmonious teacher-student relationship for ideological and political course education.
