| 摘 要： | 创建和发展社区俱乐部，对增强社区居民身体素质，培育其健康生活情趣，促进社区文化品位提升有着十分重要的意义。但是，要想真正把社区体育俱乐部建设发展好，必须从完善相关的法律法规建设做起，有效地构建社会资源网络，通过建立健全必要的考核评价机制，努力扩宽资金筹集渠道和运用多种手段强化自我宣传等途径，实现最大限度地挖掘和利用社会资源。

| Abstract: | The establishment and development of community sports club is of great significance to improve the residence＇ s constitutions, and cultivate their healthy interests in life, even to promote the cultural taste in community. However, it is fundamental to perfect the relevant laws and regulations initiatively, build up the social resources network, and make great effort in funds collection and advertising through corresponding evaluation mechanism,so as to utilize the social resources maximally. |
