虱城镇居民收入差距问题分析及对策研究

当前,我国不同行业、不同收入群体以及不同地区城镇居民收入差距日益拉大,引起城镇居民收入差距的因素,至少应该考察以下三个方面:经济增长;经济改革或体制变迁;经济政策及其变化。文章围绕经济改革或体制变迁和经济政策及其变化对收入分配的影响展开分析,在此基础上实证研究第二、第三产业增加值占GDP的比重、社会抚恤和福利救济支出占政府财政支出的比重以及工资指数对收入差距的影响,并提出缩小城镇居民收入差距的对策。

The Research of Urban Inhabitants Income Gaps

At present,income distribution gaps among different sectors,different groups and different regions are becoming larger.There are many factors affect income gaps.At lest three factors should be analysized:economic increase,economic reforms and economic policies or changes,which will be analysize on the basis of the effects on income distribution.The ratio of second or third industrys'increment and GDP,the ratio of social benefit and government budget and wage index's effects on income distribution gaps were researched,and policies constructing income gaps was put forward.
