低年级大学生人际交往与家庭系统动力的关系

文章采用《大学生人际关系综合诊断量表》和《系统家庭动力学自评量表》对某大学大一、大二400名本科生进行横断面调查,以独立样本t检验、相关分析、方差分析和多元逐步回归分析等对资料进行数据整理分析,发现低年级大学生人际关系总体水平和家庭系统动力特征中的家庭气氛、个性化、系统逻辑、疾病观念呈显著的正相关,对低年级大学生人际关系有预测效果。因此应重视家庭系统动力特征的影响作用,有必要用适当的心理干预技术对有人际困扰问题的低年级大学生提供帮助。

The Relationship Between the Interpersonal Communication of the Lower Grade Undergraduates and the Family System Dynamics

A cross section survey was made among about 400 randomly chosen freshmen or sophomores of Tongji University with the Interpersonal Relationship Integrated Diagnosis Questionnaire,and Self-rating scale of Systemic Family Dynamics（SFT）.Data were processed with correlation analysis,t-test of independent samples,variance analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis.It is found that the interpersonal relationship was significantly and positively correlated to family atmosphere,personalization,systemic logic,and sense of disease.The regression equation can predict the interpersonal relationship of the lower grade undergraduates very well.Therefore,it is necessary to emphasize the effect of the systemic family dynamics and help those who have the interpersonal problems by proper psychological means.
