| 摘 要： | 案例教学注重对学生应用能力的训练，其作用日益凸显。《经济法》的案例教学具有引导功能、系统化功能、感化功能；在教学过程中，选取案例、运用方法、运用时机等做到恰当，可以激发学生的学习兴趣和求知欲望，增强实践技能和法律素质，最大限度的发挥学生在实践教学中的主体作用，达到学以致用的目的。

| Abstract: | Trial teaching of ＂ Economic Law＂ account for functions of guiding, systemizing and moralizing. In the teaching process, option, executive approaches and functional occasions of trials bring up with scientific principles. With the economic law teaching, the curricula could stir students＂ researching interests and acquisition desire to intensify practical technique, enhancing students ＂economic legal quality, and achieving the target of sophistication and service for economic construction by inspiring students＂ major function in practical teaching to a great extent. |
