学习型政党先进的学习理念及其构建

正确的理念是自觉行动的价值基础。要创建马克思主义学习型政党,就必须树立先进的学习理念。第一,在"学习是什么"的问题上,把"生存"和"发展"概念注入到学习的内涵中,倡导生存性学习和发展性学习理念;第二,在"学习应该是什么"的问题上,树立起终身学习、全员学习、组织学习、创新学习、深度学习的理念;第三,在"应当怎样学习"的问题上,强调学习与工作相融合、学习与生活相融合的理性的学习理念。
