MOOC视域下高校课程联盟的发展探析

大规模开放在线课程（MOOC）是近几年刚刚兴起的网络学习现象。MOOC通过互联网这个虚拟空间,借助技术手段,营造了一个真实的学习空间,打破了时间和空间的局限。随着国内外MOOC平台的发展、优质资源共享的大量实践,大规模学习者借助同一平台学习同一课程已经成为现实,这就为建立高校课程联盟创造了理念条件、技术基础和数字化环境。高校课程联盟实际是一个开放性的系统,它以某一MOOC平台为中心,以各学科课程的开发、运营、应用为出发点与落脚点。课程联盟,旨在合力打造优质学习资源、开拓现代课堂新思维,充分发挥学生自主探究式学习、交流合作学习以及专家指导性学习的虚拟与现实结合的优势,让学习不再仅仅是接受知识传授,而是对未知知识探索能力的增强、与人合作学习的愉快体验。要保障课程联盟的有序健康发展需要树立开门办学理念,创建课程共建共享合作空间;需要引进市场机制,不断开拓和完善课程市场;需要建立课程契约框架,实现高校义务与权利对接。

MOOC Platform and Development of Course Alliance among Colleges and Universities

MOOC（massive open online course）can create a real learning phenomenon without the limitation of time and space.The development of MOOC makes it possible to establish the course alliance among colleges or universities.The alliance is an open system centering on course development,operation and application,and aims at building excellent learning resourses and exploiting new thinking mode in class.Thus students could experience various ways of learning so as to enhance their capability of exploring the unknown and enjoy the cooperation in learning instead of accepting only.The following measures should be taken to ensure a well-ordered and healthy development of the alliance：to establish the ideology of open-door schooling and build the shared course cooperation;to introduce marketing mechanism and develop the course market;to construct course contractual framework and realize the integration of obligations and rights of universities.
