| 摘 要： | 《图们江区域合作开发规划纲要》实施已近五年,在基础建设、国际合作等领域已取得重要发展,但在这些成绩的背后也隐藏着野蛮开发、非法捕猎和捕捞等诸多环境犯罪问题。为此,在继续加快长吉图开发开放先导区建设步伐的同时,有必要进一步强化有关环境犯罪具体类型、形成原因和防范对策等问题的系统研究,并且不断密切图们江区域周边国家的环境保护国际合作,有效预防和打击各种类型的环境犯罪。

| Abstract: | The implementation of Planning for the Cooperation and Development in Tumen River Regionhas achieved greatly in the fields of infrastruction and international cooperation.However,environmental crimes such as destructive exploitation,illegal hunting and fishing are frequently committed.Thus it is necessary to carry out systematic studies of the criminal types,causes and countermeasures,to promote the international cooperation of environmental proection so as to efficently prevent and crack down on all types of environmental crimes. |
