| 摘 要： | 师资力量薄弱一直是制约高校英语教学水平提高的显著因素。为解决这一问题,高校外语教学部门可围绕课堂教学模式的改革展开教研,利用丰富有效的教研活动,培养外语教师的合作意识,提高外语教师的教学科研能力。

| Abstract: | The low-teaching level always is the main factor to restrict the English teaching development in colleges and universities.In order to solving the problem,the foreign language department should,taking the opportunity of teaching reform,make use of colorful and efficient teaching-research activities to cultivate the teachers cooperative sense,promote their abilities in foreign language teaching. |
