| 摘 要： | 从社会主义新农村的建设主体是农民出发,提出“有文化,懂技术,会经营”的社会主义新农民应具备一定的文化技能、科技技能、经营管理技能和法律意识、公共道德意识;抓住教育是提高农民素质、技能的根本之途,分析了我国农村教育事业中存在的问题,并提出了解决办法。

| Abstract: | The peasant is the important force in building socialistic new countryside. This article proposed that the socialistic new peasant should have knowledge, scientific and technological skills, management skill, legal consciousness and public morality skill. The education is the basic way to improve the farmer's quality and the skill. So, the article analyzed the question of our country's rural education and proposed the solution to it. |
