系统动力学在建设用地管理中的应用

随着城市化进程的加快，建设用地规模不断扩张，对建设用地供需进行管理和宏观调控也日益重要。建设用地管理和调控的基础在于对其需求量影响因素的恰当分析。水资源作为城市发展的制约因素，间接影响了城市建设用地的需求规模。文章把城市可利用水资源作为城市发展的制约因素，初步建立了水资源约束下建设用地管理的系统动力学模型，分析了人口、经济和建设用地供应3 个子系统的系统动力学流图，阐明了各子系统内部变量之间的相互关系，明确了建设用地供应和需求的推动及制约因素，为制定建设用地管理的调控目标并选择合适的调控手段奠定了基础。
