DEA在中外商业银行人力资源效率评价中的应用

摘    要:在对国内外有代表性的商业银行人力资源比较分析的基础上,采用DEA对我国商业银行人力资源效率进行了整体评估。结果表明,随着我国商业银行改革的推进,各商业银行人力资源效率明显改善,但人力资源效率差异明显,效率参差不齐。原有的股份制商业银行和上市银行表现人力资源效率更高。中国银行、中国工商银行人力资源效率分别处于中等偏上和中等偏下的位置,与国外的花旗银行、中国香港汇丰银行相比差距巨大。

Abstract:By using the method of data envelopment analysis (DEA), the human resources efficiency of the representative domestic and foreign commercial banks was measured. The conclusion is that the human resources efficiency has been improved distinctly with the banking reform, but is different from bank to bank. The stock commercial banks and listed commercial banks have higher human resources efficiency than the others. The human resources efficiencies of the Bank of China and the Commercial Bank of China rank higher and lower than the middle-level, but still much lower than those of the CITI Bank and HSBC.
