| 摘 要： | 预算绩效评价是高校绩效预算管理的重要组成部分.文章从科学发展观视角下,深刻剖析了目前高校预算绩效评价存在的问题,并就如何构建高校预算绩效评价指标体系指出了具体的路径,对加强高校预算管理,提高预算经费使用效益和办学效益具有重要意义.
