| Abstract: | The science and technology creative team at tertiary level is a very important part of our independent and creative scientific system.Creating the effective operating mechanism has become the main point of enhancing the construction and management of the team.Manpower integration mechanism,cooperation mechanism,resources protection mechanism as well as restriction and inspiring mechanism have been included in the scientific and rational operating mechanism. |
