摘    要:实施创新教育 ,教师必须首先要成为具有实践精神、批判精神、探索创新精神的高素质人才 ,通过丰富的教学内容和灵活的教学方法来激发大学生的学习兴趣 ,培养大学生的创新意识 ;用不同层次的科研实践活动 ,提高学生发散思维能力 ,引导学生勇于探索和创新实践 ,从而培养学生的认知方法、分析判断锐度和实践创新能力。

Abstract:To promote creative education in colleges and universities, the teachers must qualify themselves as talents with the pioneering spirit, critical thinking and creativity. Otherwise, they will be unable to arouse the students' interest and cultivate their creative consciousness by rich teaching contents and diversified teaching methods. Nor can they improve their imagination, encourage them to take part in innovations, and cultivate their ability to know, analyze, practice and innovate by guiding them to involve themselves in various scientific researches.
