大学主体地位的历史变迁

大学与政府之间的应然关系为何，一直是教育界乃至全社会极为关注的话题。中世纪欧洲，大学基本上都是教会的侍女和附庸；文艺复兴到宗教改革，大学控制权从教会向世俗政府转移；民族国家兴起至二战结束，大学逐渐演变成国家政府的工具：二战结束到全球化时代，大学由政府的附属机构逐渐转变为政府的服务机构。大学主体地位演化发展的脉络、机制与规律，对当前我国大学与政府之间良好关系的构建有积极的指导意义。

On Historical Changes in the Principal Position of University

What＇s the ideal relationship between universities and governments is the extremely concerned topics for educators all the time. To answer this question, we should probe the changes about historical context, mechanism and law of the universities＇ principal position through the development of universities. This paper has explored the changes in the principal position of university from the view of history for the purpose of making inquiries in history and realities of the relation changes between universities and governments, and thinking about ideology, and practice in constructing the relationship of universities and governments.
