玻璃天花板下的守望——A大学女教师工作满意度研究

从社会性别视角切入,通过对研究型大学367名专任女教师的工作满意度进行了问卷调查,结果显示教师工作满意度存在一定性别差异,表现在女性对校园学术环境、国际化、人际关系等方面较男性满意,但在课题经费的获得、课题的获批、接触学术前沿等研究资源获得方面远不如男性教师。此研究表明缺乏学术资源是女性职业生涯发展中"玻璃天花板"的构成之一。

Expectation under the Glass Ceiling: A Study on the Job Satisfaction Degree of the Women Faculty in a Research-oriented University
