从个体素质结构论谈大学英语分级教学

摘    要:个体素质结构是由个体的非认知因素、能力结构、知识结构、个体行为空间及个体教育空间等五部分组成.其中,前三者是个体素质结构的内在组成部分,它决定个体的外在行为空间(实际运用英语能力的大小),而教育的目的是通过发展个体素质结构来扩大个体的行为空间.个体素质结构论论证了在现有高考招生体制下,大学英语分级教学是我国未来大学英语教学模式改革的一种趋势.对于个体素质结构各异的学生,只有当教与学的频率相同,采取分级教学的方式,教与学才能出现共振,才能达到教与学互动相长、调整并发展学生英语素质结构的最佳效果.

Abstract:According to the quality structure theory, individual quality consists of non - cognition factors, ability structure, knowledge structure, behavior space and educational space, among which the first three are the inner ingredients and they decide the space of individual outer space of behavior( the ability of using English). The aim of education is to enlarge the space of behavior by developing individual' s quality structure. This theory proves that grading teaching is an inexorable trend for future college English teaching . It expounds that only when the frequency of teaching and learning is identical can resonance emerge in the course of teaching , then we will be able to develop the students' quality structure and actually improve the quality of college English teaching.
