| 摘 要： | 国家创新体系理论是经过较长的历史时期才形成的.国家创新体系是由一系列的机构组成,并受历史传统与社会文化的影响.构建具有中国特色的国家创新体系,应该增加知识储备,加强企业创新主体,发展创新网络,保持创新体系各组织系统的协调.

| Abstract: | Theory of state's renovation system comes into shape after a long period of history. The system consists of a series of organizations and bears the trace of historical traditions and social cultures. To enlarge the storage of knowledge, to enhance the renovation for the principle part of enterprises, to develop renovation network and maintain a state of concord among all the organizations of the system are ways to construct a new state renovation system with Chinese distinctions. |
