| Abstract: | The Outlook of Scientific Development, as the inheritance and development of the Marxist concept of development, is the best presentation of the Marxist outlook and methodology on development in the new era. Enriching the socialist theory with Chinese characteristics, it is a scientific theory that accords with the localized Marxism and keeps pace with the development of time. Providing the answer to what kind of development should China need and how should she develop, the Outlook of Scientific Development is of great significance in sticking to the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
